Casandra - Pet Portrait - June 2023
Nothing could have made our custom pet portrait better. It looked exactly like our Minnie girl and it exceeded all my hopes for what it would be. It was a perfect gift for my dad and piece to memorialize our sweet pup. I loved the little update pictures as the piece was coming along and felt a part of it with the choices I was given in the details. It was such an amazing experience.

Words can not describe the pure joy and excitement we felt after opening our order. I wanted to get my wife something original and special for her birthday. She’s a photographer and recently took a picture of a full moon rising over a small town. It’s still one of her favorite images.
So, I reached out to Andreina @Reinamor Art. I told her I wanted something BIG and BOLD. Something that my wife would always remember. Without hesitation, Andreina responded in a way that can only be described as rolling up her sleeves and saying “Let’s do this”. But, in a cool way, like she’s about to pull off the ultimate heist. She got to work and walked me through the entire process, from her expert opinion on the best size piece to properly display a pretty detailed photo to expertly suggesting small edits to maximize the impact of the image while making it look pristine. She went above and beyond to keep me up to date on the process and answer any questions. She even offered gift-wrapping options. Real talk, even that gift wrapping was AMAZING! Did I mention that we’re halfway across the country from her? Yeah, she did all this from another time zone and it made it here, unharmed, days before her birthday. So, don’t think she can’t take care of you, wherever you are.
Based on the work I had seen online, I knew she would do an amazing job. But amazing does not begin to describe what we received. It was a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. A masterstroke in her chosen medium. I love my wife’s original picture but seeing Reinamor Art transform it into a “Wooden Work-of-ART” was incredible. It was beyond the already high bar I had set for her. My wife opened the gift and was so overcome with emotion she cried. Both of us were moved. I recorded her opening her gift. Every time I watch it, seeing her swell with emotion, her being unable to talk, watching tears form in her eyes because it’s one of the most wonderful gifts she’s ever received, I get a little misty-eyed myself.
Since then, we’ve commissioned Reinamor Art to do other work. She created a piece to memorialize the loss of a beloved pet. My wife cried then, too. This time, a combination of remembering the loss and feeling the joy of being able to see a pet she deeply loved.
Andreina at Reinamor Art doesn’t just make pretty pictures. She is an artist. With everything she does, she encompasses the emotions of her clients and transcribes them into priceless artwork that will live in our hearts forever. Thank you.
